O&M, R&I Specifications

(Deferred Maintenance / Capital Renewal)

For Remodel and Improvement projects (R&I) and Operations and Maintenance projects (O&M), typical New Meetinghouse Specifications should generally be used. When approaching this type of work, there are a few options, depending on the project needs.

• Replace elements or components with an equal product (or)
• Replace elements or components with a new product per available specifications.

The New Meetinghouse Specifications above shall be used for general guidance for current standards. The supplementary specifications found below are for situations not addressed in the new space specifications. Consult with O/M Management for guiding principles for updates and changes and A/E section Engineers and Architects for guidance that is not specifically found in the specifications.
